What to know before you decide
Do I need to give you access to my shop?
Yes. For this service we do all the work directly inside your shop — we make the edits, not you. Flow: payment → contract → shop access → work. (This is the difference from the Etsy Audit, which is analysis only and needs no access.)
Do we sign a contract?
Yes. After payment we send a contract setting out the scope and terms; once it's approved we begin work with your shop access.
Which package should I choose?
By listing count: up to 10 Refresh, up to 25 Growth (most popular), up to 50 Pro. More than 50? Book an intro call for the Custom package.
How does payment work?
Clicking a package opens a secure Stripe checkout. Card, Apple Pay, Klarna and Revolut Pay are supported; a receipt is emailed after payment.
How long until delivery?
Refresh ~13 days, Growth ~30 days, Pro ~45 days. The countdown starts once you send your shop and listing details.
How is this different from the Etsy Audit?
The audit is analysis + a report (it tells you what to do). This is done-for-you work: we make the changes. You can take an audit first, then have us implement with this package.
Is there a refund policy?
Once work has started it's digital and labour-intensive, so refunds aren't available. Cancel before work starts and you get a full refund.
